We work closely with customers and their IT staff to ensure the appropriate equipment is provided as well as all connectivity concerns are addressed. Local service is provided for necessary onsite calls. Our fully trained IT staff makes a variety of knowledge available to a customer’s IT department.

BMC offers customized billing. By using flexible billing dates, we cater to each customer’s specific needs.
BMC cares for their customers even down to their billing needs. Service contracts are provided and started on the date the contract is signed, making the contract effective immediately. We answer different billing needs by setting contract dates monthly and quarterly. Our service agreements are offered to cover labor, parts, and supplies (does not include paper or staples) or just labor and parts. We also offer customer care kits for smaller usage to save the customer money.
Meter readings are acquired for billing purposes. BMC always has pleasant staff willing to help a customer in gathering these meter readings. We also provide detailed instructions to gather these readings. We have a variety of ways to submit meter readings for the customer’s ease. These different ways are by phone at 865-525-4262, email at meters@4bmc.com, fax at 865-522-4484, and on our new web form. This variety is offered to assist the customer in their time constraints.
